Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and () for the use of Saldo. By creating an account you accept them. If you use Saldo for a business, you confirm you're allowed to act for it.

Saldo helps you issue invoices, keep track of income and expenses and estimate taxes. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your records, for the invoices you issue and for meeting your tax and accounting obligations.

Tax figures, advice texts and deadlines in Saldo are estimates and general information based on published rules and the data you enter. They are not tax, legal or accounting advice and may not reflect your full situation. Always confirm with the tax authority or a qualified professional before filing or paying taxes. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of estimates.

Keep your password safe and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must give accurate information and must not use Saldo for anything unlawful, including issuing fraudulent invoices or sending unsolicited emails.

You own your data. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and display it to provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time. See the privacy policy for details.

Saldo is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you in advance and you can choose whether to continue. Prices will include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

We work to keep Saldo available and your data safe with regular backups, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features; if we shut the service down we'll give at least 60 days' notice so you can export your data.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

You can stop using Saldo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, after notice where reasonable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Lithuania, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
